This is our backyard. We fish Broken Bow Lake and the upper Mountain Fork River, we drive the same roads as our customers, and we know this land the way you only can when you've lived here for years — the wooded acreage owned by Weyerhaeuser that surrounds so much of the area, the black bears that move through the timber, the way the soil on a hillside cabin lot drains differently from a flat build down near the water. That's not a sales pitch — it's just what it means to be the septic contractor who actually lives and works in Hochatown.

Hochatown has exploded with new development — cabins going up on every wooded acre, vacation rentals pushing systems harder than they were ever designed for, and new builds on lots where the soil conditions or proximity to Broken Bow Lake and the Mountain Fork River require an aerobic system rather than a conventional drain field. We've worked this area through all of it. We know what DEQ requires for properties near the water, we know how to design a system for a high-use short-term rental that gets slammed every weekend, and we know which soil types around here will and won't support a conventional drain field before we ever dig a hole.
