Our Story

Born & Built in McCurtain County

Mark Talley was born and raised in southeastern Oklahoma — he's hunted these woods, fished these rivers, and raised his family here long before Hochatown became a destination. He started Talley Backhoe and Septic Services in 2014 because he saw the need for an honest, local contractor who knew the land and the people.

Now his son has joined the business, keeping it a family operation rooted in the same community it serves. Between them, they know McCurtain County soil, they know what Oklahoma DEQ requires, and they know what systems hold up out here — because this is their home, not just their market.
